Design/Build is a more efficient method of the old “find someone to draw it and then locate a Contractor” method. By working with one company for both, it saves you time and ultimately money. Contractors are more familiar with the cost of what it takes to complete a project. With the homeowner, Contractor and Designer working together towards a common goal, communications are streamlined. By knowing this information early-on in the design process, the project won’t become “over designed” and “out of your budget”. The majority of designs done the old fashion way never get built and the drawings end up rolled-up and stored in the closet.
