Restore dilapidated 1840′s entry porch from ground up. The complete structure needed new supports so concrete footings and masonry piers were added. Many components had to be duplicated including rail and fret work. Heavy duty lattice was added to keep the large rodents out. The standing seam roof and gutters were replaced with copper. A lot of scraping & sanding and multiple coats of paint later and it looks brand new.
